An estimated 45 million people will place the call this year alone according to CNN. He blamed budget cuts and additional tax payers as the issue.
And of course, questions relating to Obamacare seem to top the list as reasons people contact the IRS, and with good reason. The law has undergone so many changes, it is difficult for the average person to understand how it will affect them.
