6. Your email
If you have a Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail, or many common forms and platforms of email you have a document backup tool. If you send everything to your bookkeeping services firm via email and attachment, those files can be stored on your account indefinitely. If not, you can also send messages to yourself with files attached to have them stored on your email account. Many offer several gigabytes in storage at no charge.
